Refund policy

Art purchases are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. Out of respect for the artist, we also discourage "flipping" or immediately re-selling artwork for a higher market rate.

If your order is incorrect or damaged, please us know immediately info@boffo.art.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.

Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for art purchases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific purchase.
